Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for walks and 7 days for boarding or house sitting to receive a full refund or credit.

 

How do you handle keys?
​Most clients provide a key during the Meet & Greet or use a secure lockbox on-site. All keys in our possession are kept on a keyring with AirTag and are never tagged with your address.

 

Will I get updates?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with photos and a "school report" after every visit so you can see exactly what your pet has been up to.
